Back in June 2015, my good buddy an uTest Community Manager extraordinaire Ryan Arsenault decided to leave Applause in pursuit of other opportunities.
Ryan wrote a farewell post to the uTest community that showed what a classy guy he is; always willing to help or just chat with testers, even late in the evening and always working to keep our testers engaged and improving.
